"All things appear and disappear because of the concurrence of causes and conditions. Nothing ever exists entirely alone; everything is in relation to everything else."
- Buddha

“Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.” - Buddha

I’ve been doing more reading lately. (Actually, only after remembering that we have a fantastic library here in Columbus, and that I can get all the books I want to read for free, as opposed to waiting until I have more money to buy the ones I want. Waiting for more money...oh, that’s rich...I love it. ) On to my rambling. Aside from art books and magazines, I’ve picked up reading about and researching Buddhism and it’s various factions. I’ve only read a handful of books, and each of them approach the subject from different angles. Yet, even though they all have different angles, I wouldn’t have understood any of them had I not read one or the other, and in the order I’ve read them in. Each one offers a bit more insight, and more clearity because of the whole. I’ve learned quite a bit while reading these books and will expand on these developments in future posts, but right now I must get ready and leave for work.

I don't think you can "wait" for money unfortunatly...I know I've been waiting for years
Reading more has been good for the head...so has drawing. I've been attempting to draw everyday, even if it's just something small, like a face or design.

You should peep the book I just finished. I just picked it up at the library on a whim while searching for other books. It piqued my interest originally because the author is from around Akron, Ohio and was in the punk scene in the 80's, so I figured it might make a cool read. Worth checking out for sure., I think you would dig it.
